Job Description

John Bouchard & Sons Co. is hiring a hands-on B2B Marketing & Communications Lead to take ownership of day-to-day marketing, branding, lead generation, and communications across multiple business units. This long-term, full-time hybrid role in Nashville supports measurable growth outcomes while also contributing to recruiting and internal communications.

You will build and strengthen the marketing function, coordinating content, assets, and campaigns while partnering with internal teams to translate technical and operational details into customer-facing messaging. The role includes managing initiatives end to end, tracking performance, and keeping JBS branding consistent across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage day-to-day marketing execution across branding, marketing, and communications for multiple business units.
  • Create, update, and maintain print and digital marketing collateral including web content, video content, brochures, catalogs, apparel, and tradeshow displays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and operational details and translate them into written, visual, and video content.
  • Manage multiple initiatives at once with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Execute lead generation across key business lines using website content, SEO, and technical updates.
  • Execute lead generation using email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Execute lead generation using LinkedIn, YouTube, and other professional platforms.
  • Execute lead generation using print and digital one-pagers, brochures, and catalogs.
  • Manage and direct a third-party online marketing services subcontractor (Thomas Net).
  • Track leads, analytics, and marketing performance, developing ROI structures to guide improvements.
  • Coordinate consistent, professional application of JBS branding across print, digital, and video communications.
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, documentation, and brand standards.
  • Continuously improve clarity, consistency, and authenticity of JBS’s external image.
  • Support recruiting and retention through marketing and communications content.
  • Produce A/V content for internal communications and employee events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of JBS businesses, markets, customer profiles, and marketing funnels.
  • Provide input on marketing priorities, resource allocation, and budget planning.
  • Develop campaign concepts aligned with business and operational objectives.
  • Lead internal and external contributors on major initiatives, including an online castings catalog and a future comprehensive website upgrade.
  • Stay current on evolving marketing tools and trends to strengthen JBS communications capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or another applicable field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Hybrid role: ability to work on-site at JBS HQ and occasionally travel to construction and manufacturing jobsites within the Mid-South.
  • Valid Operator’s Driver’s License and acceptable MVR required.
  • Drug testing/screening, background checks, and reference checks will be performed.

  • Understanding of website and landing page best practices to support conversion and lead capture.
