B2B Distribution Marketing & Content Coordinator

This full-time, warehouse-based B2B distribution marketing and content coordinator role at Tait Sales and Consulting, LLC is based onsite in Overland Park, Kansas. The position centers on creating and managing content across social media, the website, and email campaigns, as well as filming and editing videos. The role includes learning our products and customers and collaborating with ownership and the team to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee content for social media, the company website, email campaigns, and additional marketing channels
• Produce and edit short-form videos, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Gain knowledge of our products, customers, and industry to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Identify storytelling opportunities within day-to-day operations and convert them into marketing assets
• Demonstrate how our products solve real-world problems to educate customers
• Draft and publish LinkedIn posts, captions, product stories, and email content
• Support trade shows, promotions, and overall marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with ownership and team members to bring ideas to life

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment around tools, equipment, and products
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Ability to create and edit video content
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently
• Curiosity for understanding how things work and the ability to explain them to others
• Experience in social media marketing
• Video production and editing skills
• Photography proficiency
• Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing, SEO, or digital advertising
