Administrative Assistant - Marketing
Job Description
Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department at Nanoscience Instruments, focusing on CRM data management, market research, and coordinating marketing activities; this is an on-site role based in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, AZ near I-10.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update information within Salesforce CRM
- Perform data quality checks prior to database entry
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure database accuracy
- Maintain and segment contact lists, assign leads as needed
- Support management of active marketing campaigns
- Provide general office support as required
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with organizational strengths, prioritization, and follow-up
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort handling large volumes of data in databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- AA or BS/BA degree; STEM aptitude is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
