Job Description

Goldsands Group Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive business development, sales, and marketing across its U.S. operations. In this hands-on role, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee the team responsible for cultivating investor relationships, moving prospects through the sales process, and aligning marketing to support growth.

This is an in-person position based in New York City, New York (Full-Time), with compensation of USD 116,998.36 - 140,901.25 per year, commensurate with experience and including performance-based opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals and timing.
  • Source and pursue new opportunities with accredited individual investors, institutional investors, and financial professionals.
  • Grow relationships through networking events, conferences, and direct outreach, guiding prospects from first contact through closing.
  • Establish sales targets and monitor performance against them.
  • Define the marketing strategy to support business development priorities and oversee execution.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and digital content with internal staff and outside specialists.
  • Assess marketing effectiveness and refine the approach based on results.
  • Manage the business development, sales, and marketing team by setting goals, coaching and supporting staff, and running regular team meetings.
  • Promote collaboration and accountability by keeping the team focused on measurable objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity.
  • Deliver regular, concise updates to the CEO on progress against business development, sales, and marketing goals, including recommended adjustments.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience across business development, sales, marketing, investor relations, financial services, or real estate.
  • Proven track record building new business and leading a sales, BD, or marketing team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with comfort operating independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • International business or cross-border experience is desirable.

In addition to leading internal efforts, you will coordinate with outside professionals supporting business development, sales, and marketing, while maintaining visibility into performance and pipeline activity for executive decision-making.
