Job Description

Senior Content Marketing Manager responsible for guiding the content strategy and execution for Relay and ATS events in Nashville, TN, with a salary range of USD 127,100 - 172,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end creation and delivery of engaging event content, including speaker sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and livestream productions, aligned to business objectives, Relay brand messaging, and audience needs.
  • Articulate the content strategy and rationale to internal leadership to secure alignment on messaging pillars, editorial direction, and execution plans.
  • Identify content requirements and manage the full lifecycle of event content, from ideation and concept development through asset production and post-event analysis.
  • Partner with content owners, designers, and subject matter experts to produce relevant, on-brand content that resonates with both internal stakeholders and external attendees.
  • Leverage data and metrics to assess content impact, derive actionable insights, and implement improvements to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution, whether at an agency or within an in-house creative team.
  • Bachelor's degree.
