Job Description

Front Panel Express, based in Kent, Washington, specializes in precision front panels and CNC-driven fabrication. The company is seeking a Social Media Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in delivering the overall marketing plan, with an emphasis on customer engagement and video content for social media. This is an onsite, full-time role that requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in video content creation and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media program to raise brand visibility and support conversions.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share daily content, with a focus on video assets, to engage potential and current customers.
  • Foster a welcoming community for new users, retain experienced members, and empower brand advocates to represent the company.
  • Track and analyze community metrics, reporting on growth to steer strategy and initiatives.
  • Test engagement campaigns and optimize outcomes through data-driven analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with the existing customer base.
  • Handle additional duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Digital Communications or a related field (required).
  • At least two years of experience in video content creation and social media management, with knowledge of social media design and account management best practices.
