Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Support the growth of HOMMEFACE’s brand presence by planning social strategy, producing content, and using performance data to improve results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Handle day-to-day social platform management while maintaining consistent brand voice
- Create engaging, visually appealing content for social channels
- Partner with the creative team to produce multimedia content for the target audience
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns supporting brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Review campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results
- Engage followers and customers to build and grow an online community
- Track trends, online discussions, and competitor activity to find new opportunities
- Identify influencers and collaborate to expand brand reach and credibility
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships with alignment to brand values
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on digital marketing performance
- Share insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital (social media) marketing
- Proficiency with social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with interest in skincare and grooming trends
- Self-motivated and organized; able to manage multiple tasks at once
