Responsibilities

• Support marketing and communications efforts, including full-scale campaigns
• Oversee media relations and brand journalism activities
• Coordinate internal communications
• Create collateral for internal and external audiences
• Execute brand activation for events and related implementation
• Provide backing to Marketing & Communications leaders across various entities
• Exercise judgment, discretion, and consultative decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and awareness of current business social media platforms and trends
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Demonstrated competency in using AI tools to enhance work quality, productivity, and efficiency, with appropriate human judgment and adherence to Baptist Health standards and policies
