This onsite role blends building community partnerships with a concierge approach to guiding seniors into suitable senior living housing. You will earn an hourly rate of $20-$25, with base wage plus commission potential, and benefit from RN-led assessments to support placement decisions. We provide benefits, PTO, and a 401K, along with support from a team that includes licensed professionals.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a community liaison for multiple partners including Independent Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Adult Foster Homes
- Conduct accurate, in-depth interviews to determine placement needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families through clear, helpful communication
- Manage emails, faxes, and leads with timely, professional follow-up
- Establish and sustain contractual relationships with senior living facilities
- Deliver presentations to educate seniors and community leaders
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and ETTR proficiently
- Tour families through housing referrals within the community
- Maintain eligibility for company car use with a valid driver’s license
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in senior health care, community living, skilled nursing facilities, or related community sales
- Ability to understand and uphold Advanced Care Senior Referral Agency policies and procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills with effective listening abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and independent work ethic while complying with HIPAA and governing policies

Compliance requirements
- Must be eligible to register with the Long-Term Care Referral Registry
- Must pass required background checks and drug screening
