Regional Residences Marketing and Communications Manager

OKO GROUP LLC is hiring a Regional Residences Marketing and Communications Manager to support Aman Group’s residential projects across the Americas from Miami, FL (onsite). In this mid-level, full-time role, you will drive high-impact marketing and communications by partnering closely with internal teams, agencies, and development partners, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across projects and channels.

What you’ll do

• Own marketing collateral creation and adaptation, keeping everything aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Coordinate delivery of creative assets with internal teams, agencies, and design partners to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Execute regional campaigns across digital, CRM, and social media in line with the regional and global marketing calendar.
• Manage PR and media activity, including drafting press materials, monitoring coverage, and liaising with agencies to maximize exposure.
• Support client events, contributing to planning and execution of client events and experiences.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks, including budget tracking, monthly activity reporting, invoicing, and asset management.
• Strengthen cross-team alignment by collaborating with sales, development, and corporate teams to maintain consistent messaging and positioning across projects.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within luxury hospitality or real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an asset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for varied audiences.
• High organization and detail orientation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Brand alignment instincts and a genuine passion for luxury storytelling.
