Job Description

Join a global brand, design and innovation consultancy as a Marketing Specialist, helping to build Lippincott's brand and attract clients through integrated marketing, compelling content, and event strategy. Based in New York, NY with a hybrid work setup, this role blends CMS management, digital and social media activities, and budgeting to drive strategic marketing initiatives. The position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing and brand-building initiatives by aligning timelines, budgets, teams, and logistics
  • Oversee the website management system and publish updates to maintain current content
  • Contribute to content development and maintain the company’s social media presence
  • Lead awards submissions and manage the design competition program
  • Administer the marketing calendar and track the marketing budget
  • Serve as a liaison among client teams, knowledge management and marketing to collect assets and monitor case work
  • Ensure high quality across communications, including writing, design, and editing for internal and external channels
  • Assist in planning and coordinating Lippincott-hosted conferences and client events
  • Research prospective clients, competitors, and key companies to inform strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Liberal Arts, Marketing/Communications or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to multi-task
  • A proactive mindset with a track record of achieving goals and delivering results
  • High fluency in social media platforms and familiarity with AI tools and other tech and design platforms
  • A creative professional with an eye for strong writing and design, and a proven ability to produce on-brand materials
