Marketing Program Coordinator

Bosch-HomeComfort is seeking a Marketing Program Coordinator to support and coordinate marketing initiatives within the HVAC space. Located onsite in Dallas, TX, this role focuses on driving sales, elevating brand awareness, and boosting customer engagement across growth programs. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to move marketing initiatives forward and ensure accurate program performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution and tracking of our marketing programs.
• Own the contractor signup process by partnering with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and swiftly resolving any obstacles.
• Lead continuous training efforts to maximize understanding and execution of marketing programs.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure monthly sales figures for all growth programs are entered promptly and accurately.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, product, and supply teams to support and advance program initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support including but not limited to sales reporting, marketing analytics, program signup entry, and maintaining organized records.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relate field
• 1+ years of marketing experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience
