Job Description
Fagone Plumbing, Heating and HVAC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of campaigns that drive sales growth and elevate brand presence in the home-service space. The role centers on HVAC, plumbing, and heating services and requires a proven marketing background with similar companies, working onsite in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, and advertising.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support product launches.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize the website and improve search engine rankings.
- Design and create HTML emails and landing pages using WordPress.
- Manage and optimize website content to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows and other marketing events.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, and Heating home-service companies is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on sales and product management.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and advertising sales.
- Strong understanding of SEO and its applications.
- Proficiency in HTML and WordPress.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with content marketing and its role in the sales process.
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Must have history with HVAC, Plumbing, and heating company.
