Responsibilities
- Manages the multi-channel lead intake workflow to ensure every inquiry from Website, Phone, Email, and Walk-ins is captured within 24 hours.
- Maintains the Master Lead Tracker in the Company Drive and performs initial lead grading against Target Client Characteristics such as home value, demographics, and project scope.
- Designs and launches targeted advertising to reach new markets, using performance data to refine messaging and sustain a steady stream of qualified prospects.
- Delivers concierge-level responses to all prospects to uphold the company’s reputation for responsive, tailored client care.
- Identifies high priority leads (Marketing Qualified Leads) based on project minimums and coordinates seamless hand-offs to the Sales team.
- Executes the Annual Marketing Calendar, coordinating monthly blogs, monthly e-newsletters, and quarterly direct mail campaigns.
- Oversees social media across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Houzz with a 3x weekly posting cadence highlighting project photography and client reviews.
- Leads the creation and updates of content offers, such as pricing guides and sales brochures.
- Coordinates with photographers to secure before and after photos for all featured design-build projects.
- Directs the Referral Program to pursue at least 20 referrals from past clients each year.
- Represents the company at community events, workshops, and networking groups.
- Builds strategic relationships with industry partners and local media for guest author opportunities and publicity.
- Reports monthly on marketing metrics, including website sessions, organic traffic, and lead conversions for the leadership team.
- Oversees the marketing budget around 3 percent of revenue and coordinates with vendors for SEO, print materials, and signage.
- Provides phone support and assists with showroom maintenance as a collaborative member of the office team.
- Attends weekly design and sales meetings and other appropriate company gatherings.
- Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education.
- Performs additional duties as assigned and screens calls to route to the appropriate party.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Marketing experience: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to commute to Salem, OR 97302 (Required)
- Relocation to Salem, OR 97302 prior to starting (Required)
Education and Experience
- Five years of marketing experience, preferably within residential remodeling or design-build.
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desired.
- Proven track record in content strategy, business development, and lead generation.
