Job Description

The Marketing Manager role supports Freeland Group Restaurants across 80 plus locations, focusing on local and digital marketing to drive guest traffic through partnerships, events, and digital campaigns. This onsite position is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to boost local traffic; plan and execute local events, fundraisers, and outreach programs.
  • Oversee digital campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram); run geo-targeted promotions, optimize based on performance, and support local search visibility.
  • Create practical, repeatable marketing tools for restaurant teams; ensure marketing aligns with operational priorities and collaborate closely with Directors of Operations and General Managers.
  • Track performance of traffic-driving initiatives, report results, and continuously improve return on investment.
  • Demonstrate store-level traffic growth, deliver easy-to-execute campaigns with rapid data-driven optimization, and build strong local relationships that drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurant or multi-unit settings.
  • Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns is required.
  • Strong execution mindset with a proactive approach to getting things done.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working directly with operations teams.
  • Willing to travel regionally.

Pay

Salary range: USD 50,000 - 70,000 per year, based on experience.
