Job Description

Location: Fletcher, NC (onsite)

Salary: USD 45,760 to 52,000 per year

Join Leaders Helping Leaders Network as a Marketing and Growth Development Coordinator in an in-office role in Fletcher, NC. You will help increase class enrollment, support host partnerships, and drive growth through marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Operations Director and CEO. This position offers close collaboration with leadership and a chance to shape enrollment strategy and partner growth on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run enrollment campaigns
  • Oversee email marketing and schedule content
  • Coordinate social media activity and promotional launches
  • Maintain the marketing calendar two to four weeks in advance
  • Edit and produce video and audio materials
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics
  • Nurture agency leads and inquiries
  • Support host agencies to fill class seats
  • Track and manage the enrollment pipeline
  • Engage potential host partners through outreach
  • Help secure hybrid and contracted classes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, event promotion, or business development
  • Familiarity with law enforcement contexts
  • Strong collaboration skills and team orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Highly organized, proactive, and growth-focused
  • Advanced social media proficiency
  • On-site work in Fletcher, NC is required
