Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator
Job Description
Part-time Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator based in Great Falls, MT with a hybrid work option, supporting marketing, communications, social media, email campaigns, and graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Produce the season brochure, renewal materials, envelopes, and order forms
- Develop annual program books and concert programs
- Create materials for the Black Tie & Blue Jeans gala, including invitations, programs, table numbers, posters, bid cards, signage, and related event collateral
- Prepare fund drive materials, newsletters, donor remittance materials, and thank-you cards
- Print and prepare tickets, ticket envelopes, signage, flyers, postcards, inserts, and other printed pieces
- Produce print and digital advertisements for concerts, fundraising campaigns, education programs, and special events
- Build templates and branded assets for recurring marketing needs
- Design and format eblasts for concerts, events, fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and announcements
- Generate written and visual content for email campaigns
- Coordinate content, images, links, and calls to action
- Design graphics, posts, stories, banners, and promotional content
- Create content for Symphony concerts, Chamber Music Series, Youth Orchestra, Youth Matinee, Free Family Concert, fundraising campaigns, Black Tie & Blue Jeans, and other organizational activities
- Repurpose approved marketing copy and campaign themes for social media use
- Assist with social media calendars and scheduled posts
- Update event graphics, images, copy, or links as directed
- Prepare web-ready graphics and assets
- Assist with basic page updates for concerts, events, campaigns, and announcements
- Ensure visual consistency between website materials and other marketing collateral
Requirements
- Demonstrated graphic design experience, ideally spanning print and digital materials
- Proficiency with professional design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Canva, or comparable tools
- Ability to design multi-page publications including program books and brochures
- Experience creating content for social media, email marketing, print advertising, and digital campaigns
- Strong visual judgment with an understanding of layout, typography, branding, and file preparation
- Excellent attention to detail, especially for dates, names, sponsor listings, concert information, and donor recognition
- Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while accepting direction and feedback
- Reliable access to a computer, internet, and necessary design software
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
