Marketing, Graphic Design, and Equipment Operator

Innovative Systems is hiring a full-time Marketing, Graphic Design, and Equipment Operator to support client work from prepress to production. This onsite role in Willmar, MN combines marketing planning, creative file preparation, and hands-on assistance with printing and bindery operations while maintaining quality and compliance.

Role Overview

You will design and repair art files for production printing using common creative and office tools, help support marketing plans, and operate or assist with equipment used to prepare finished materials. Along the way, you will follow quality control procedures, adhere to postal regulations, and review jobs for accuracy before and after printing.

Responsibilities

• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, and MS Office to design and fix art files for a production printing environment
• Develop and grow marketing plans for clients
• Assist with decisions and day-to-day work that help grow the business with current clients
• Review reports to ensure job accuracy
• Handle basic computer and printer tasks to print jobs and take appropriate action if issues arise
• Follow and maintain quality control procedures
• Follow calibrating procedures to maintain print quality
• Load and remove paper from printers
• Review printed materials for errors or blemishes
• Run basic bindery equipment such as folders and cutters
• Assist and/or run inserting and large bindery equipment
• Learn and follow postal regulations

• Salary range: USD 25 - 35 per hourly
