Marketing Flyer & Visual Design Specialist (Casual / Occasional)

Responsibilities

• Create clean, modern flyers, posters, and other marketing visuals that meet professional standards
• Develop or refine clear, persuasive copy for marketing materials
• Prepare designs that incorporate Spanish text with proper typography and layout
• Leverage AI design tools to deliver prompt, polished outputs
• Collaborate efficiently on revisions to align with project goals
• Deliver print-ready or digital-ready final files

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing professional and modern flyer and visual design
• Proficiency with current AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Pro, Canva AI, etc.) and standard design software
• Solid writing skills to craft effective, persuasive marketing text
• Comfort with Spanish language text and bilingual layouts (full fluency not required)
• Own laptop and design setup; active subscriptions to AI/design tools are a plus
• Fast turnaround, reliable communication, and meticulous attention to detail
• Local to the Lakeland, FL area preferred
