Marketing Field Representative

The Marketing Field Representative will work to expand brand visibility and patient growth by introducing our dental and sleep services to the local community. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Hicksville, NY, with a Monday through Saturday schedule and a salary range of USD 50,000 to 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement creative outreach strategies to nearby providers.
• Represent the sleep brand at health fairs and at lunch and learn sessions.
• Leverage social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to promote services and campaigns.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with local medical providers and businesses to generate referral opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Track outreach activities and report results to leadership.
• This is a commissions-based position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Comfort with both in-person outreach and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with social media and related technologies.
• Reliable transportation to commute between site providers (car required).
• Positive, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with marketing, communications, medical, and dental terminology.
