Marketing Coordinator and Patient Growth

Wonderful Life Dental is hiring a Patient Growth & Marketing Coordinator to support two locations in Rancho Cucamonga and Tustin, CA. In this hybrid role based in Tustin (92782), you will help grow the patient base and strengthen the brand through digital marketing, community outreach, and measurable performance tracking.

You will manage multiple social channels, improve the online reputation through reviews, build local partnerships, and track new patient acquisition and ROI across both offices. The position is designed for someone who can create content, coordinate campaigns and events, and contribute to long-term growth strategies.

What you’ll do

• Manage and update Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat
• Create engaging photo and video content for social platforms
• Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions across both offices
• Monitor and improve online reputation, including patient reviews
• Assist with website content and SEO initiatives
• Build relationships with local organizations, including businesses, schools, churches, HOAs, senior centers, and community groups
• Organize office events, grand openings, sponsorships, and community programs
• Develop referral partnerships and local networking opportunities
• Track new patient acquisition and monitor marketing performance
• Support the development and execution of growth strategies
• Identify opportunities to increase patient retention and referrals

• Reliable transportation to travel between Rancho Cucamonga and Tustin
• Marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach experience
• Healthcare or dental experience
• Experience with Canva, video editing, photography, or graphic design
• Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish

Compensation and incentives

• $23/hour
• Performance bonuses (OTE $90,000+)
• Top performers can earn $90,000–$100,000+ annually
• Bonuses are based on combined growth across both offices
• 30+ new patients/month = bonus eligibility
• 40+ new patients/month = increased bonus
• 50+ new patients/month = significant bonus
• Additional incentives for online review growth, community partnerships, and major marketing initiatives
