Gold Dust West Carson City is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support casino marketing and guest-focused promotions. The position is based onsite in Carson City, NV and supports special events, tournaments, and Gold Rewards Club engagement while maintaining strong knowledge of marketing systems and programs.

Role Overview

In this role, you will assist in the execution of special events, promotions, and tournaments, along with other casino marketing activities and programs. You will also serve as a personal casino host for Gold Rewards Club Players, maintaining appropriate contact and staying informed about marketing tools and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist as directed and scheduled to implement and conduct current and upcoming special events, promotions, tournaments, and all casino marketing activities and programs.
Act as needed as a personal casino host for Gold Rewards Club Players, including knowledge of their play and maintaining contact with direction from the Carson City Marketing Manager.
Maintain contact that may occur daily, weekly, or monthly, using methods such as floor attention, note cards, and phone calls.
Address problems or perceived inconveniences to help ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with hosting parties, including monthly birthday parties, drawings, holiday parties, and Premium parties.
Make reservations as needed for guest rooms, entertainment, dining, attractions, and other accommodations.
Maintain thorough knowledge of marketing systems, including IGT Patron and Kiosk (PKMS).
Maintain thorough knowledge of marketing programs and procedures.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma and equivalent work experience.
Customer service experience.
Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Ability to provide identification establishing identity.
Identification establishing the right to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office.
Public speaking and microphone voice preference.
