Responsibilities
- Engage attendees in a friendly, natural manner to represent the brand on-site.
- Assess homeowner needs by asking thoughtful questions about windows and doors and listening attentively.
- Invite interested homeowners to participate in giveaways and learn more about products and services.
- Convey Renewal by Andersen information confidently and accurately to attendees.
- Arrange free in-home consultations by coordinating with the Sales team.
- Support event setup and breakdown, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
