Job Description

J Resort, LLC in Reno, NV offers a hands-on marketing role where your work directly supports guest experience through events, promotions, and coordinated communications. You will help bring casino programming to life while partnering across departments, supported by clear benefits and opportunities for growth.

What you’ll do

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will implement and run casino marketing activities and special events, including current and upcoming promotions, tournaments, and programs. You will also resolve issues or perceived inconveniences quickly to help protect guest satisfaction.

  • Execute all current and upcoming special events, promotions, tournaments, and casino marketing activities/programs
  • Coordinate social media sites, including postings and interaction with followers
  • Provide promotional and event support to marketing staff as needed, with flexible hours based on business needs
  • Assist in hosting events such as monthly birthday parties, drawings, and holiday parties
  • Support casino signage and marketing communication both inside and outside of the casino
  • Help facilitate monthly information meetings with other casino departments to keep promotions understood and aligned
  • Assist at Glow Plaza as needed, including signage installation, attending concert series to support guests and band members
  • Assist with VIP Hotel Check-in at J Resort

What you bring

  • High School Diploma and equivalent work experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer-friendly skills
  • Public speaking and microphone voice preferred
  • Nevada Gaming License
  • Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States

Pay: USD 20–22 per hour.
