Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize qualified lead generation efforts
  • Coordinate Google Ads campaigns (SEM)
  • Lead SEO strategy and website optimization efforts
  • Assess campaign performance, conversions, and ROI
  • Monitor website traffic and conversion metrics
  • Enhance Google Business Profile performance
  • Oversee landing pages and conversion optimization
  • Act as liaison with website developers and an SEO consultant
  • Coordinate regular website updates and improvements
  • Ensure content remains current and accurate
  • Improve user experience and lead conversion rates
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Create project spotlights and before/after features
  • Photograph completed remodeling projects
  • Capture short jobsite videos
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Uphold and promote company branding
  • Track lead sources and marketing KPIs
  • Maintain CRM accuracy
  • Produce monthly marketing reports
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Request Google Reviews after project completion
  • Monitor Houzz, BBB, Google, Angi and other platforms
  • Respond to online reviews when appropriate
  • Support a 5 star customer experience
  • Coordinate referral marketing
  • Maintain relationships with past customers
  • Support architects, designers and referral partners
  • Coordinate Chamber, BBB and industry memberships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with Google Ads (SEM)
  • Social media management and advertising
  • SEO knowledge and website optimization
  • Website management and content updates
  • CRM systems proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated
