Job Description

Part-time Marketing Coordinator role onsite in Las Vegas, NV, supporting office administration, marketing, social media, events, basic graphic design, and light bookkeeping for a real estate office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized office and keep supplies stocked
  • Answer phones, perform light cleaning, and troubleshoot basic tech issues
  • Assist with onboarding new agents and manage staff schedules
  • Create and publish video content for social platforms including reels on Facebook and Instagram
  • Promote listings, events, and company news
  • Monitor engagement metrics and propose improvements
  • Update the website as needed
  • Assist with designing flyers, postcards, and digital graphics
  • Travel to properties to capture footage
  • Coordinate RSVPs and logistics for events and trainings
  • Keep agents informed about meetings, birthdays, and company updates
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Produce marketing materials using templates or design software
  • Support branding and visual content for web and print
  • Organize digital assets and keep them up to date
  • Assist with tracking marketing expenditures and advertising costs
  • Collect rent and deposits as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Familiarity with Canva, major social platforms, and common office software
  • Prior experience in marketing, administrative roles, or real estate is a plus
