Job Description

Arizona State University’s marketing operations in Tempe is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive project management and brand marketing functions. This onsite role leads operations and creative teams, oversees third-party client projects and events, and manages a video production studio, with a particular focus on workflows, reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding, execution, and fulfillment of advertising services sold to third party business clients.
  • Manage and support a team of Operations Specialists, including training, task assignment, workload oversight, and ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables.
  • Lead a team of Creative Specialists (graphic designers, videographers, content creators), managing pre production, production, and post production workflows for internal branding and third party projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Contribute to developing and improving departmental workflows, procedures, and management systems that support them.
  • Assist with planning and executing departmental and third party events, including on site coordination and activation support.
  • Oversee Student Media’s video production studio, including studio access, equipment usage, and oversight of design and video projects.
  • Ensure proof of fulfillment for all client deliverables is properly documented, verified, and logged according to standards.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to produce accurate post buy reports after campaigns conclude.
  • Maintain data and file management, ensuring departmental and client files are organized and safeguarded per guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tight deadlines

Working Environment

Work is performed in an office environment with periods of sitting and keyboard use, with some standing and light lifting up to 25 pounds. The role requires the ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly. Regular use of standard office equipment and video production gear may be required.
