Job Description

National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG/USREISA) is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to strengthen member engagement across multiple initiatives. This full-time role focuses on content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and webinars, supporting a dynamic slate of projects. The position offers hybrid or remote work options in Des Moines, IA; Knoxville, TN; Kansas City, MO; and Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and refresh website content, including industry news, partner posts, and forum activity
  • Maintain website pages for events, member updates, and affiliate listings
  • Format and upload content using basic HTML
  • Create and send regular email communications to members
  • Design emails that align with brand and marketing goals
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms
  • Identify relevant industry content and engagement opportunities
  • Repurpose content from emails, webinars, and articles into social posts
  • Support planning and execution of virtual events and webinars
  • Edit recordings and publish replays
  • Create short-form content from events for social media

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
  • Experience with email marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms and HTML
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
