Job Description

All Star Injury Attorneys dba Core Family Law is hiring a part-time to full-time in-person Marketing & Business Development Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a personal injury practice in Orange County, California. In this role, you will work closely with the firm’s owner, focusing on client and referral relationship building, marketing coordination, and occasional executive or personal-assistant support. On-site presence is important for outreach, networking events, and driving to meetings and professional visits.

Role overview

  • Provide client and referral support through calls, correspondence, and ongoing follow-up
  • Help grow business development opportunities across Orange County by connecting with doctors, medical offices, and professional contacts
  • Coordinate marketing materials, client gifts, and promotional items to support outreach efforts
  • Support the owner with executive-assistant and occasional personal-assistant tasks, plus logistics and administrative help during court appearances
  • Assist with website and marketing coordination, including initiatives involving social media, online content, and emerging AI-focused marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Stay connected with current and former clients through calls, client-appreciation campaigns, and follow-up
  • Build and maintain relationships within the firm’s referral network, including doctors and medical offices
  • Visit local medical offices and professional contacts on behalf of the firm
  • Identify and develop new relationships and business-development opportunities throughout Orange County
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing materials such as mailers, business cards, promotional items, and client gifts
  • Follow up by phone with clients, professional contacts, and potential referral partners
  • Attend networking and community functions with the firm’s owner and, at times, represent the firm independently
  • Coordinate website and online content initiatives with the firm’s marketing team, including social media and AI-focused marketing strategies
  • Assist with executive-assistant responsibilities and occasional personal-assistant duties for the firm’s owner
  • Drive the firm’s company vehicle to networking events, meetings, and occasional court appearances
  • Help with attorney logistics and administrative tasks during occasional court appearances
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical, administrative, and organizational projects as needed

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean or reasonably clean driving record
  • Reliable personal transportation to and from the Orange County office
  • Ability to satisfy the firm’s insurance requirements

  • Professional presence for representing a law firm in front of clients, doctors, attorneys, and other professionals
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent with phone calls and follow-up
  • Naturally curious and willing to learn
  • Comfortable with technology, social media, and AI tools
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple types of projects when needed
  • Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus.

Schedule & compensation

  • Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Schedule: Part-time to full-time with flexibility for the right candidate
  • Location: Santa Ana, CA (in-person, Orange County)
  • Remote: No, because local outreach, events, relationship building, and driving are key parts of the role
  • Some evening networking events or functions may occasionally be required
