Marketing & Brand Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Photograph product shots, lifestyle imagery, retail displays, and events
- Produce short-form videos for social channels
- Edit photos and videos for campaigns
- Keep digital asset libraries well organized
- Design digital and print-ready materials such as posters, banners, menus, ads, and postcards
- Create assets for in-store, website, email, social, and third-party advertising
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution
- Plan, produce, and schedule content across platforms
- Engage with followers and monitor industry trends
- Measure performance and optimize content accordingly
- Refresh website content, product pages, banners, and promotions
- Maintain accurate retail and wholesale menus
- Ensure consistency across online ordering platforms
- Develop and launch email and SMS campaigns
- Manage segmentation and customer lists
- Support loyalty program engagement and retention efforts
- Travel to retail and wholesale locations across Maine
- Assist with in-store marketing, displays, and promotional setups
- Represent Cannabis Cured at events, pop-ups, and activations
- Capture on-site content and uphold brand standards across locations
- Assist with campaign planning and execution
- Coordinate promotional materials and merchandise
- Ensure compliance with Maine cannabis marketing regulations
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing, content creation, social media, or design experience
- Experience with photography and basic photo/video editing
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Familiarity with cannabis website platforms (Dutchie, APEX, or similar)
- Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, DutchieLoyalty, or similar)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel statewide
- Ability to transport and install marketing materials as needed
