Marketing Associate Manager - Financial Services

Support integrated marketing for financial services products and promotions in a hybrid role based in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, paid media, and in-store channels
• Manage gift card promotions and marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Coordinate campaign approvals with legal, compliance, and business partners
• Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop marketing assets
• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and execution workflows
• Use performance insights and testing results to improve future campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing or campaign execution experience
• 2+ years managing campaigns from planning through launch
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or retail marketing
• Experience with buy now, pay later (BNPL) products
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with campaign testing and optimization
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• USD 71,800 - 128,150 per year
