Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Marketing and Social Media Coordinator role at Bayer Dental Lab in Marco Island, FL, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise visibility for Bayer Dental Lab products and services across channels.
• Analyze customer data, market signals, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to support growth and collaboration.
• Monitor marketing performance, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape.
• Create engaging, on-brand content for campaigns, including copy, visuals, and multimedia assets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across email, social, search, and display channels.
• Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence, engagement, and community interactions.

Requirements

• Relevant dental industry experience or exposure to dental practices, labs, or equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and editorial quality across all marketing materials.
• Passion for developing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Willingness to travel to locate, meet, and promote clients as part of day-to-day duties.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, current car registration, and a reliable vehicle; travel will be a factor.
• Driver's license is preferred to support mobility and client visits.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 percent is preferred for this role.
