Marketing and Social Media Agent

Central Security Service Bureau LLC is hiring a Marketing and Social Media Agent to strengthen brand voice and expand the company’s online presence in White Plains, NY. This onsite role supports day-to-day social media activity, content creation, audience engagement, and performance reporting, while also contributing to local brand awareness efforts.

You will help shape how the business connects with its community, from planning strategy across major platforms to staying current with changing trends and platform updates.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and written copy
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate on email marketing efforts such as newsletters and promotional materials
• Support brand awareness initiatives and local marketing activity in the White Plains area
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Graphic design experience is a plus, including Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
