Responsibilities

• Act as the agency’s presence in the real estate community for the Lexington and Louisville offices.
• Bridge communication between realtors, lenders, and the office.
• Conduct daily, personal interactions with primary target groups, including realtors and lenders.
• Assist with monitoring quality of service.
• Deliver public speaking and presentations about the agency’s services and price points to prospect new relationships.
• Support customer complaint resolution by helping drive practical solutions.
• Use a CRM tool to document interactions, calls, text messages, meetings, and client information to strengthen productivity and individualized marketing.
• Provide input on changes to services, policies, and processes to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Outgoing individual with impeccable communication skills and a customer service focus.
• Positive attitude and an engaging personality.
• Marketing experience: 1 year (required)
• Driver’s License (required)
• Relocation to Lexington, KY before starting work (required)
• Willingness to travel: 50% (required)
