Marketing and Research Manager

PC Peak Development, LLC is seeking a Marketing and Research Manager in Dallas to lead marketing strategy, market intelligence, and multi-channel campaigns that back Sales Consultants. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital, print, and content initiatives, aligning efforts with product launches and in-house community growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and support sales growth.
• Perform market research to uncover opportunities that bolster consultant success.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, and advertising.
• Lead content marketing initiatives across various platforms.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, refining campaigns to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the real estate management team to align marketing strategies with product launches.
• Create marquee displays to attract in-house community traffic.
• Develop HTML-based email campaigns that effectively communicate promotions and new products.
• Coordinate print advertising efforts, including brochures and flyers, in alignment with BBB approved accreditation.
• Develop email marketing campaigns (HTML-based preferred).
• Establish billboard advertisements to increase company production.
• Manage the company website to boost online traffic.
