What you'll do
- Hands-on preparation of proposal responses and leadership of marketing for strategic pursuits; oversee updates and enhancements to proposal materials.
- Manage the preparation and drafting of proposals; assist and coach technical staff for presentations and interviews to ensure compelling delivery of technical content.
- Lead pursuit capture plans in close collaboration with technical staff to drive early positioning and pursuit readiness.
- Facilitate and lead meetings for storyboarding, proposal strategy planning, and technical team interviews.
- Manage proposal schedules and coordinate with internal staff and subconsultants; organize and edit written documentation for clarity.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop marketing coordinators.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum eight years of proposal experience in the AEC industry.
- CPSM certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Working environment: primarily a professional office setting; standard office equipment; occasional noise. Physical demands may include constant sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, with occasional standing, moving, reaching, lifting up to 35 lbs.
