Marketing and Content Coordinator

The QTI Group is hiring a Marketing and Content Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role in Pierce County, WI, based in Maiden Rock. In this position, you will partner closely with leadership, operations, and business development to turn real-world moments into marketing content and to manage multiple projects from planning through execution.

What you’ll do

• Support organizational growth by contributing to and executing marketing initiatives that improve visibility
• Maintain and enhance company web content, with a focus on improving online discoverability and user engagement
• Develop and manage content calendars across digital platforms
• Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content for a variety of audiences
• Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to create and update marketing collateral
• Visit operating locations, project sites, and company events to gather content and share compelling stories
• Assist with promotional efforts, awareness campaigns, and brand-building initiatives
• Coordinate digital advertising and online outreach efforts
• Measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights on performance and engagement
• Track marketing activities and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field
• About 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital communications, brand promotion, or a similar role
• Experience creating and editing video content, including use of Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable software
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office
• Experience managing and growing professional social media platforms
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
• A creative mindset with attention to detail, plus the ability to execute independently
• Experience developing digital content, graphics, and other marketing assets

Compensation and employment details

• Location: Maiden Rock, WI (onsite)
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite
• Pay: USD $24 to $30 per hour, based on experience
• Employment: Direct hire basis
