Job Description

This role provides a blend of marketing tasks and front desk and administrative duties within a professional real estate office in Breckenridge. The position supports both marketing initiatives and daily operations to help deliver exceptional service to brokers, clients, and guests.

Breckenridge Associates Real Estate serves Breckenridge and neighboring mountain communities. The company emphasizes professionalism, clear communication, community connection, and high service standards for brokers, clients, and guests. The role is suited to a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a mix of marketing projects alongside routine office responsibilities.

Location

Breckenridge, CO (onsite)

Schedule and Work Arrangement

Full-time, 40 hours per week; Tuesday through Saturday. In-office front desk coverage is required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare updates for marketing meetings and coordinate input from internal teams
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, website providers, printers, and marketing partners
  • Create and update website content, including community pages, market information pages, blog posts, landing pages, broker pages, and other real estate content to keep the site current and engaging
  • Assist with the annual magazine, including article coordination, asset collection, proofing, revisions, deadlines, and vendor communication
  • Support monthly email marketing, including newsletters, article summaries, broker-specific sends, and campaign scheduling
  • Assist with email campaigns, property blasts, and broker marketing campaigns
  • Support listing marketing, including flyers, postcards, Just Listed/Just Sold campaigns, QR codes, tracking links, and open house promotion
  • Help maintain broker materials, including listing presentations, biographies, headshots, and marketing collateral
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Assist with boosted content, community partnerships, collaborations, and event promotion
  • Help maintain market statistics pages and marketing-related website updates
  • Support marketing workflows, documentation, SOPs, and process improvements
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure daily office operations run smoothly

Requirements

  • Residence within Summit County or a 30-minute commuting radius of the Breckenridge office
  • Background in graphic design, specifically InDesign
  • Experience with email marketing, social media, website updates, or content creation
  • Extensive knowledge of Canva
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Professional and friendly demeanor suitable for front desk interactions
  • At least 2 years of marketing and administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort learning new systems and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude
