Position Overview

The Manager of Product & Marketing coordinates product management, marketing and commercial activities to support company growth and customer satisfaction. This role collaborates with Application Engineering, Quoting, Project Management, Sales and R&D to ensure timely customer support and effective go-to-market initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager, the position blends hands-on contribution with people leadership, connecting technical know-how to marketing execution. Strong organizational skills and clear English communication are essential for cross-function collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of product and marketing plans
  • Lead and guide Application Engineers, Quoting Specialists, and other team members
  • Serve as customer advocate by conveying needs to product, pricing and marketing decisions
  • Partner with leadership to align projects with company goals
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept through launch and phase-out
  • Collaborate with R&D to identify customer driven improvements and innovations
  • Prioritize product development projects based on market demand, feasibility and ROI
  • Oversee day-to-day quoting activities ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Partner with Sales to support customer relationships and help achieve revenue targets
  • Provide input on pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability
  • Work with Operations to align product availability with customer needs
  • Execute marketing campaigns and product launch activities
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, brochures, presentations, and case studies
  • Support trade shows, website updates and social media activity
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and trends to support strategy

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in product management, marketing, or sales in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing and customer support
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
