Loyalty and CRM Associate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Brightmore's customer loyalty program across multiple retail brands.
• Serve as the primary contact for loyalty member inquiries, account issues, and program support.
• Execute loyalty campaigns, promotions, and engagement initiatives to boost retention and repeat visits.
• Plan and manage email, SMS, and automated customer communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Build targeted customer segments and personalized campaigns based on behavior and engagement.
• Monitor loyalty and campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, and Store Teams to ensure successful program execution and customer experience.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and guidance to store teams regarding loyalty program processes.
• Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• Two to five years of experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or related digital marketing role
• CRM or digital marketing certifications a plus
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• May occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach during normal office activities
• Regularly required to talk and hear during phone calls and virtual meetings
• Occasionally required to lift and carry light objects up to 10 pounds
• This is a hybrid to remote role; hybrid would be 2-4 days in office per month
