Job Description

OPS Diagnostics LLC is seeking a Life Science Marketing Manager to strengthen its marketing engine in life-science diagnostics. This onsite role in Lebanon, NJ combines website and digital growth with technically accurate content development, cross-functional planning, and regular collaboration with the President and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve, update, and expand website content to strengthen search visibility; review traffic and user behavior; recommend changes that increase qualified inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Partner with scientists and senior management to translate technical information, research papers, application data, and customer needs into accurate webpages, application notes, product literature, email campaigns, and social posts.
  • Maintain a consistent presence on relevant social platforms, with emphasis on LinkedIn; develop content calendars; monitor results.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns, conference activities, customer outreach, product promotions, and special events; assess outcomes and refine future efforts.
  • Analyze and segment markets, identify potential customers and business partners, monitor competitors, and uncover opportunities across biotechnology, diagnostics, molecular testing, microbiology, and related life-science markets.
  • Maintain and analyze CRM data, marketing metrics, website analytics, and campaign results to support targeted outreach and sound decision-making.
  • Develop tools and content that support the sales team throughout the customer journey and help build new and existing customer relationships.
  • Organize marketing execution across a fluid team involving Business Development, R&D, Customer Service, and Sales, ensuring agreed activities are completed accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life-science discipline.
  • Professional experience in marketing, scientific communications, business development, digital content, or a closely related role.
  • Proven ability to understand scientific or technical information and explain it clearly to customers and other audiences.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to scientific accuracy, grammar, and detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning and using web-based tools, content-management systems, analytics platforms, CRM software, social-media tools, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to commute to Lebanon, New Jersey, for an in-person position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing life-science, biotechnology, laboratory, diagnostic, or research products and services.
  • Hands-on experience with website content management, SEO, web analytics, LinkedIn or other B2B social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML and the ability to coordinate effectively with web developers or independently make routine website updates.
  • Experience developing technical literature, application notes, product pages, presentations, or other scientific sales materials.
  • Experience using AI-assisted research, writing, or marketing tools responsibly, including checking outputs for scientific accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year, depending on experience.
