Graphic Designer - Marketing & Brand Design
Job Description
Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits offers a collaborative, growth-minded environment with robust benefits. On-site in New Rochelle, NY, this role invites you to shape brand stories across our wine and spirits labels, delivering marketing and sales materials that align with supplier and company standards. The position offers a salary between $60,000 and $85,000 per year, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of three years of experience. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, sales teams, suppliers, and external partners to elevate brand presence through compelling visuals and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing and sales materials such as shelf talkers, sell sheets, POS, posters, presentation decks, digital advertising assets, event signage, and social media graphics
- Develop visually engaging assets that reflect supplier and company brand standards
- Create original concepts and layouts for print and digital campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all materials
- Support creative development for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and supplier initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and retail programs
- Assist with supplier activations, tasting events, trade shows, and experiential marketing
- Develop sales support materials for internal and external presentations
- Support digital marketing efforts including website updates, email assets, and social content
- Maintain and organize marketing asset libraries and brand files
- Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors
- Review proofs and ensure quality control across printed and digital materials
- Manage project timelines and multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Assist with printing, cutting, assembly, and distribution of POS materials as needed
- Work with vendors and production partners to ensure timely project execution
- Collaborate with sales, suppliers, marketing partners, and production vendors on creative projects
- Incorporate leadership and stakeholder feedback into final deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that support business goals
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Tri-Vin’s visual identity and marketing presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Art, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
- Experience with Microsoft Office and presentation design
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding principles
- Experience preparing print-ready production files
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in beverage alcohol, lifestyle, or CPG industries is a plus
