You will help secure funding, elevate marketing and enrollment, and support fundraising campaigns, working closely with the Executive Director and the Board Development Committee. Responsibilities

As a member of the 2026-27 Coach Across America VISTA cohort, the Development and Marketing Associate at GirlVentures will:

  • Update development and marketing systems to streamline operations
  • Upgrade donor records to improve accuracy and engagement
  • Implement targeted individual giving campaigns
  • Participate in event planning to support fundraising and outreach
  • Produce and refresh marketing collateral
  • Refresh the website and align branding across channels
  • Rebuild social media strategies to boost visibility and engagement
  • Contribute to increased donations, engagement, and enrollment in GirlVentures programs
