Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Matar Quality Landscaping & Lawn Care LLC seeks a motivated field sales and marketing representative to promote services in Columbus, Ohio by distributing flyers and performing door-to-door outreach. This contract role is commission-based, with materials provided and no prior experience required, and the position is onsite in Columbus with weekly earnings potential of $200 to $400.

Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers and door hangers in designated residential areas across Upper Arlington, Dublin, Powell, and New Albany.
• Approach residents at the door, present yourself professionally, and provide a concise overview of Matar Quality Landscaping’s services.
• Identify and qualify prospects—homeowners interested in lawn care, landscaping, cleanups, or hardscaping.
• Gather contact details from interested homeowners and submit lead information to the owner.
• Adhere to the scripted talking points and promotional offers supplied by the company.
• Submit daily photo logs of flyer distribution activity via text to the owner.
• Maintain records of daily flyer counts and door contacts on the provided tally sheet.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
• Achieve a minimum distribution of 300 flyers per week.
• Work across at least two different neighborhoods each week to maximize coverage.
