Field Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager role at Champion Window is based onsite in Minneapolis, MN and focuses on building local partnerships, coordinating shows and events, canvassing, and field marketing efforts to generate leads for the business.
Overview
The Field Marketing Manager will devise, develop, and oversee local partnerships, participation in shows and events, canvassing campaigns, and broader field marketing initiatives aimed at driving lead generation for Champion Window.
Responsibilities
- Research, register, and coordinate events, sponsorships, canvassing efforts, and local engagement activities
- Engage potential customers and arrange in-home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives
- Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires
- Engage with homeowners in neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home improvement projects
- Hire, train, and maintain a team of field marketers across multiple locations
- Manage provided budgets to maximize return on investment
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing
- Manage and approve payroll entries and updates
- Contribute content to social media and support company culture initiatives
- Evaluate data and results to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct performance reviews with the field marketing team
- Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary
Requirements
- More than five years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales
- Associate degree in business management or related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry and/or lead generation industries is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to oversee budgets and prepare reports
- Capacity to lead a team of field marketers
- Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers
- Capacity to stand and walk for up to eight hours
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel using a personal vehicle
- Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
