Entry Level Marketing Position

Arizona Tuition Connection seeks an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support marketing, design, and communications efforts from its Scottsdale, AZ office. This full-time, in-office role involves creating brochures and digital pages, producing social media content, handling design tasks, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Brochure and Digital Page Creation: Use existing templates and design software to develop customized brochures and digital pages for clients, ensuring high-quality visuals and alignment with branding guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Produce engaging and visually appealing posts for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote products, services, events, or relevant content.
• Design Tasks: Create flyers, posters, and social graphics for event marketing using pre-designed templates; also resize images, produce graphics for presentations, and design other promotional materials as needed.
• Administrative Support: Provide office support including file organization, errands, direct mailers, special projects, post office runs, and related tasks.

Requirements

• Graphic Design Experience: A strong eye for design and proficiency with graphic design software, primarily Photoshop and Canva.
• Creativity: Ability to generate innovative design ideas and adapt existing templates to meet client needs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs and communications are error-free and consistent with branding guidelines.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members and clients; may include light phone support.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, meeting deadlines.
• Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with email marketing software, social media management tools, and content management systems; some website experience is helpful; Microsoft Office is required.
