Entry-Level Marketing Inside Sales Representative

Join American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C as an entry-level Inside Sales Representative and build a career in phone-based marketing. This role supports you with paid training and mentorship, plus a sales environment designed to help you learn quickly, develop strong relationships, and celebrate wins. First-year on-target earnings are $60K–$70K, with base pay and performance-based incentives.

What You’ll Do

• Call small business owners and introduce marketing solutions designed to help them drive more customers
• Present and sell the company’s advertising programs over the phone
• Complete hands-on training led by supportive teammates and managers while learning from experienced professionals
• Build relationships and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor focused on progress and recognition

Compensation & Incentives
