Email Marketing Specialist

This on-site role in Deerfield Beach, FL offers a $65,000 annual salary to design, build, and optimize email programs for the Vital Red Light and Titan Body brands using Klaviyo. You will focus on campaigns, automated flows, and performance, collaborating with the team to align email marketing with brand and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement email campaigns for Vital Red Light and Titan Body
• Craft clean, professional, on-brand email layouts
• Build and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Develop and refine automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, and promotional sequences
• Write or edit email copy to match each brand’s voice
• Segment customer lists by purchase behavior, engagement, interests, and customer type
• Support promotional calendars, product launches, holiday campaigns, and sales events
• Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue, and unsubscribe rates
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, offers, and calls to action
• Collaborate with the team to ensure email marketing supports brand and sales goals
• Keep email designs clean, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused

Requirements
