E-commerce Marketing Manager

Advanced Derm Online is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive online revenue through performance marketing, lifecycle initiatives, and ecommerce optimization. This onsite role in Woodcliff Lake, NJ requires hands-on work with Shopify, email and SMS channels, and end-to-end campaign management across paid media and analytics, with a focus on skincare and aesthetic products. The position centers on balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to strengthen education, storytelling, and product positioning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ecommerce marketing plans aimed at increasing site traffic, boosting conversions, and encouraging repeat purchases
• Oversee campaigns across paid media, email, SMS, and social channels
• Develop and refine Klaviyo email and SMS automations such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase flows, and win-back sequences
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize using metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, and conversion rate
• Lead A/B experiments to improve conversion across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance site merchandising, promotions, and overall user experience
• Track performance with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and other marketing platforms
• Stay informed on skincare, beauty, and aesthetics trends to position products effectively and identify new marketing opportunities
• Assist in crafting campaigns that emphasize product education, skincare benefits, and brand storytelling

Requirements

• Minimum four years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
• Proficiency with the Shopify ecommerce platform
• Expertise in Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and retargeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects concurrently
• Interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or aesthetic medicine
• Experience in skincare, beauty, medical aesthetics, or consumer products is a strong plus
