Director of Marketing
Job Description
Own the marketing strategy and execution for ATC Group and its operating companies, strengthening brand presence across the global aerospace aftermarket.
Responsibilities
- Steward the ATC Group brand and each operating company brand.
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, websites, social media, and customer communications.
- Develop and maintain corporate brand standards, messaging, and visual identity.
- Coordinate branding updates after acquisitions and new business integrations.
- Manage and continuously improve all company websites.
- Optimize website content, UX, SEO, and analytics.
- Coordinate with outside developers and agencies as needed.
- Keep digital platform company information accurate and up to date.
- Own the company’s LinkedIn strategy and content calendar.
- Create content covering capabilities, customer successes, employee recognition, acquisitions, certifications, and industry events.
- Develop photography, video, and graphics to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
- Plan and manage company participation in industry conferences and trade shows.
- Coordinate booth design, promotional materials, logistics, shipping, registrations, sponsorships, customer events, and post-show follow-up.
- Work closely with Sales to maximize lead generation and customer engagement before, during, and after events.
- Create customer-facing collateral including brochures, capability statements, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing assets.
- Draft press releases for acquisitions, certifications, leadership announcements, and company milestones.
- Support executive communications, speeches, and customer presentations.
- Maintain a centralized library of approved marketing materials.
- Partner with Business Development on proposals, presentation materials, customer profiles, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop industry-specific marketing initiatives aligned to strategic growth objectives.
- Support customer visits, facility tours, and promotional events.
- Support employee communications across all facilities.
- Support company newsletters, town halls, recognition programs, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
- Help reinforce company culture during growth and integration periods.
- Manage relationships with graphic designers, photographers, printers, promotional vendors, web developers, and marketing agencies.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Evaluate ROI for marketing investments and recommend improvements.
- Track key marketing metrics including website traffic, social media engagement, conference ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Prepare quarterly marketing performance reports for executive leadership.
- Recommend strategies to improve visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing corporate websites and LinkedIn business pages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), Canva, CRM platforms, and website content management systems.
- Experience coordinating trade shows and corporate events.

Location and Work Details
- Auburn, WA (onsite)
- In-person work location; may be one of the main facilities: Phoenix, Seattle, or Tulsa.
Position Summary

Travel
